The order came after just under an hour with an average delivery time of just under 25 minutes. The pizza was almost cold and didn't taste that good anymore. I had a display in the app for half an hour that the food was about to arrive. I also received no explanation or apology from the supplier. He was probably in a hurry, but also made the impression that he wanted to leave as soon as possible. I'm really disappointed and really can't make a recommendation here.

I ordered Saturday. I had to wait a little longer for my pizza. Driver apologized because of the large volume (holiday). Pizza was still enjoyable. Good service.

Hello, Even though I ordered for a Sunday last night, the delivery was very fast as always. After 20-30 minutes the food was there. Service and food very good. Delivery was very polite and, as I said, quickly on site.

My experience with the Tele Pizzeria Reuschenberg was rather not good. Order through Liferando. The food should be there in 29 minutes. It was then 75 minutes. The pizzas were no longer hot and sticky. The chicken was missing from the salad. But of course the chicken was included in the bill. Then I tried to inform customer service about it, but apparently nobody there is interested. You give all the data, such as name and email, I assumed that it is used to contact me or to make improvements. Unfortunately, no. The dishes are delicious fresh, therefore 2 stars.

Even if it's not a chain, pizza is really good, nicely filled and even if you fancy a burger, you can also order it.

Boss is very friendly and accommodating. They make fresh stuff here and have constantly changing offers. And Gülmaz du Putzer would like to know when you were there ?! Don't talk stupid stuff!

I can't understand the positive reviews. I have tested all delivery services in Neuss several times. I also used to order twice from Tele Pizza Neuss. Even then, the quality was miserable. Now I had the faint hope that the pizza would have improved. But no, a frozen pizza for EUR 1.99 tastes better. Save the 10 euros. The Tele Pizza tastes like an old rag and has almost no taste. With extra salami means 3 slices of cucumber more. The dough is sagging and there are small traces of cheese. For me, the shop died. Only the boxes make a good impression.
